How is Carver Langston Zoned?

DC Office of Planning 2016 Interactive Zoning Map Carver Langston is located in Northeast DC and is politically, part of Ward 5. To the north is the National Arboretum; to the east is the historic Langston Golf Course; to the south is the Kingman Park neighborhood; and to the west is the Trinidad neighborhood.   The south and west sides are bound by two busy thoroughfares, Benning Road and Bladensburg Road, respectively. It's diagonally bisected by another major road, Maryland Avenue NE. The neighborhood is predominantly residential, which in DC includes institutional uses such as schools and churches. However, along Bladensburg Rd, Benning Rd, and Maryland Ave, there are other uses including commercial, and open/public space, if you include the golf course. As you can see in the overlay above, Carver Langston is comprised of just four zone districts: RF-1, RA-2, MU-4, and MU-7.
